Everton fans are absolutely crucifying Morgan Schneiderlin, after the Frenchman tweeted his thanks to the fans for their support.

It’s been a pretty miserable season for Everton fans, and they’re taking their feelings out on the players after the defeat to West Ham.

The Toffees travelled to London on Sunday with nothing but pride to play for, and the players were simply not good enough, as a thunderous goal from Marko Arnautovic and a brace from Manuel Lanzini gave the Hammers all three points.

Everton were expected to break into the fight with the top six this season after a busy summer transfer window, but it’s been a disastrous year for the fans and players.

One such player is Morgan Schneiderlin, who has rediscovered his form recently but struggled massively throughout the season.

The 28 year-old Frenchman is averaging an impressive 1.9 tackles and two interceptions per game in the league this season, but fans have not been impressed by his lack of effort and energy.
