Michael Keane is certainly in the best form of his Everton career.
The former Manchester United defender struggled for consistency at Goodison Park last season following a move from Burnley in the summer of 2017, but has been impressive in the opening months of the 2018-19 campaign.
The 25-year-old feels that he is currently playing his best football for the club, and that is also the opinion of the Everton supporters.
The centre-back is expected to be named in the starting XI for Sunday’s Merseyside derby with Liverpool, and he will have the likes of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah to deal with, which is no easy feat.
It is funny how quickly things can change in football, with Keane, who is also back in favour with England, going from zero to hero over the course of a few months.
