According to Russian website Championat, as translated by Sport Witness, Everton forward Oumar Niasse has rejected the chance to re-join Lokomotiv Moscow.
The 29-year-old, who will see his current deal at Goodison Park expire this summer, has only made three Premier League appearances this season.
It has been reported that Lokomotiv want to re-sign the nine-time Senegal international before the Russian transfer window closes on February 21.

However, the experienced striker is allegedly currently considering other options in both Turkey and England.

Others, meanwhile, have accused Niasse of simply sitting on his Everton contract as he might not receive a similar wage packet - believed to be £55,000 a week - at his next club, wherever that may be.
Niasse has only managed nine goals in 42 appearances for the Toffees in all competitions, whilst he has played just 19 minutes of Premier League football during the 2019/20 campaign.
