According to Sky Sports, Qatari outfit Al-Gharafa are considering launching 'a substantial offer' for Everton forward Cenk Tosun.

The 28-year-old has only scored nine times in 44 appearances for the Toffees since joining the club from Besiktas in January 2018.

Tosun has not played a single minute of Premier League football this season, meanwhile, and does not appear to be in the plans of head coach Marco Silva.

According to Sky Sports, Al-Gharafa - managed by former Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic - are determined to sign the Turkey international before the Qatari transfer window closes on September 30.

As expected, a number of Everton fans have been on social media discussing the transfer report.
