Kevin Mirallas is on the verge of leaving Everton to join Fiorentina, according to Italian journalist Gianluca di Marzio.

Mirallas has been with Everton since 2012, and impressed during his first three seasons with the club - scoring 28 times.

The attacker's form dipped during the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons, however, and he struggled for football in the first half of last term before joining former club Olympiacos on loan.

Mirallas scored twice in the second half of last season, but the 6ft ace did not finish his loan spell at the Greek outfit due to a number of below-par performances.

The Belgian has been deemed surplus to requirements by new Everton boss Marco Silva this summer, and he is believed to be on the verge of completing a move to Fiorentina.

The Everton fans have been offering their views on the 30-year-old's future, and it would be fair to say that they are looking forward to seeing the back of him.
