Everton fans fumed at Theo Walcott’s introduction at Bournemouth

Premiership Picks

Callum Wilson scored twice as Bournemouth recorded a 3-1 win over Everton in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin had cancelled out a 23rd-minute strike from Wilson to leave the two teams level at the half-time break.

The Cherries went on to score twice more without reply, though, to make it a poor afternoon for Marco Silva’s side on the south coast.

Silva attempted to alter the outcome in the 81st minute when he introduced Theo Walcott for Richarlison.

However, it would be fair to say that the substitution went down horribly with the Everton fans, who could not believe that the change had been made.

Walcott has only scored nine times and registered just five assists since moving to Goodison Park from Arsenal in January 2018.
