Loads of Everton fans have been giving their verdict on Sunday’s win, and they are absolutely delighted with the form of Michael Keane.
Everton had a miserable season last year, and there weren’t many players that took more stick throughout the campaign than Keane.
The 25-year-old joined from Burnley after a stunning season alongside Ben Mee, but completely capitulated under the pressure at Goodison.
After a truly torrid debut campaign he has looked like a completely different player this season though, and his performance against Crystal Palace might just have been his best yet.
The former Burnley ace set up one of the Toffees’ goals, got his head on absolutely everything in the second half and also made several key clearances.
Ronald Koeman and Steve Walsh didn’t do an awful lot right during their time together, but the arrival of Marco Silva has transformed Keane from flop to fan favourite.
Lots of fans have been praising the move, and you can find some of the best Twitter reactions down below…
Michael Keane. That was player we thought we'd signed from Burnley last summer. Getting his big fat head on everything and being proactive in every challenge. #EFC
