If Bordeaux winger Malcom was going to join any Premier League club this summer, not many would have predicted that it would be Everton.
The 21-year-old has been touted in the media as a possible target for Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.
However, according to Sky Sports News reporter Kaveh Solhekol, Everton are leading the chase for Malcom’s signature.
On Twitter, the journalist claimed that the Merseyside outfit are willing to part with £30m to land the attack-minded star, as well as offer wages worth £80,000-per-week.

New Everton manager Marco Silva and director of football Marcel Brands have been taking their time in the transfer window, but if they manage to pull off a deal for Malcom, it would be a huge coup.
The young talent began his career at Corinthians, where he won the league title, before making the move to Bordeaux in 2016.
Malcom has netted 20 goals and created 13 assists in 84 Ligue 1 outings for the French club.
Everton have the likes of Cenk Tosun, Theo Walcott, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Ademola Lookman in attack, but adding Malcom will make the team look that much deadlier to opposing defences.
On Reddit, fans have been posting their thoughts on the speculation.
