Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon continued his brilliant season with two more goals in his side’s 3-1 win against Barnsley at Oakwell on Saturday, and Everton fans have urged their club to sign the 17-year-old.
The talented teenager could cost £50m when he leaves the Championship club according to The Times, and the Cottagers will be well within their rights to demand that sort of fee given his performances this term.
The England U19 international’s brace against the Tykes took his tally for the campaign to 11 goals in 29 league games, while he has also provided a further four assists having played as a left-back, left midfielder and left winger this season.
Meanwhile, the Toffees have had Cuco Martina covering for the injured Leighton Baines at left-back in recent months, and it looks to be a position that needs strengthening either before the January transfer window slams shut on Wednesday, or in the summer.
Everton supporters were quick to have their say on Sessegnon’s latest display via social media, and while one said “would absolutely love Everton to go out and sign him”, another said “I really hope Everton break the bank and get Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham”.

I really hope Everton break the bank and get Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham. That kid looks like the future of attacking full backs. He will probably end up rotting in Chelsea Under 23s though. #EFC #Transfers
