Everton fans have called on their club to move for Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure, who impressed in Monday's Premier League clash between the two teams.

Doucoure scored Watford's second of the match, rising high to head past Jordan Pickford in the 65th minute.

It did appear that the midfielder's goal was the winner, but Lucas Digne levelled it at 2-2 in the sixth minute of added time at the end of the 90.

Doucoure has been linked with moves to both Everton and Tottenham Hotspur, with the midfielder going from strength to strength.

The 25-year-old scored seven Premier League goals for Watford last term, and has managed two goals and four assists in the top flight during the 2018-19 campaign.

Having watched 6ft ace Doucoure star against their team at Goodison Park, many Everton fans have taken to social media to demand that director of football Marcel Brands signs the Frenchman.
