Everton manager Marco Silva strengthened his centre-back options during the summer transfer window.

Yerry Mina was a late arrival, as was Kurt Zouma, who has signed from Chelsea on loan for the season.

Ashley Williams was offloaded to Stoke City on a temporary deal, while Phil Jagielka, Michael Keane and Mason Holgate are still in the squad.

Keane and Jagielka partnered at the back for the opening match of the season against Wolverhampton Wanderers, but after the latter was sent off, changes had to be made.

For two top-flight matches, Mason Holgate linked up with Keane at the back, but for Saturday's match against Huddersfield Town, Zouma entered the fray.

The Chelsea centre-back impressed alongside Holgate in the 1-1 draw at Goodison Park, and now some fans believe that he should stay put.

On Reddit, groups of supporters discussed who their preferred centre-back pairing would be, and the majority chose Zouma and new signing Mina, who is yet to make an appearance for the Toffees.
