Everton Transfer Roundup: Everton in danger of losing Sambou as they make efforts to sign Zouma and Kean

With Andre Gomes and Jonas Lössl already signed up, Everton have their transfer business well underway this summer, and they are unlikely to stop there.

Thursday’s Toffees transfer roundup includes a bid made for an Italian star, the potential departure of a youngster and interest in a Premier League defender.

Kean bid made

According to Thursday’s print edition of Corriere Dello Sport (via Sport Witness), Everton have made a bid for Juventus’ Italian centre-forward Moise Kean. The Toffees have reportedly offered €30m (£26.9m) for the 19-year-old.

Sambou to leave

Everton forward Bassala Sambou could be on the way to the Bundesliga this summer according to the Liverpool Echo. The 21-year-old’s contract runs out at the end of this week, and he has rejected a new offer to stay with the Merseyside club. Teams from the Eredivisie are also interested.

Toffees want Zouma

The Toffees are looking to step up their efforts to sign Chelsea’s French centre-back Kurt Zouma according to the BBC. The former Saint-Etienne man, who spent last season on loan at Goodison Park, is Everton’s top target after they clinched the signing of Gomes.
