Lots of Everton fans have taken to Twitter to discuss Paris Saint-Germain rekindling their interest in Idrissa Gueye.

The Ligue 1 champions have submitted a €30m (£27m) bid for the 29-year-old midfielder, who is currently away at the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal where his goal against Benin put them into the semi-finals.

PSG were extremely keen to land the 5 foot 9 ace back in January, with their interest resulting in Gueye handing in a transfer request to try and force through a move to the Parc des Princes.

The Parisians offered £26.2m back in January, so it is fairly insulting of them to offer just £0.8m more a few months down the line for a player who is worth his weight in gold to the Toffees and Marco Silva.

In the modern day market, offering such a low figure for the former Aston Villa man who won Everton's Player of the Season award is out of order from PSG, and is arguably a waste of everyone's time.

Let's see what the Everton fans on Twitter have said about the bid...
