Everton set for massive transfer boost today, player travelling for big Man City move

Claudio Bravo is expected in Manchester TODAY to secure a big move to Man City, which may well leave Joe Hart free to leave the Etihad Stadium, according to reports from Mundo Deportivo.

The Citizens’ 29-year-old No.1’s future has been thrown into doubt of late after Pep Guardiola elected to drop him to the bench for both of his opening competitive games at the club.

This major development has been followed by reports that Hart will be allowed to move on before the close of the transfer window on the proviso that a replacement is signed, and with Mundo Deportivo claiming that Bravo is on his way to Manchester after playing his last game for Barcelona, it appears the merry-go-round may kick into gear.

The Chile international is believed to have told team-mates that he will be moving on after his side won the Spanish Super Cup on Wednesday night, and it’s understood that he’s travelling to England to seal a switch to Man City.

Everton are believed to be keen on a loan move for Hart, who is now likely to move on as he could well be, in theory, third choice under Guardiola behind Bravo and Willy Caballero.
