Monday’s Everton transfer roundup shed light on a rumoured move for Diego Costa, the potential departure of a 31-year-old Belgian and interest in an England international. Today’s edition revolves around the pursuit of a La Liga winger, eyes on a Ligue 1 defender and the desire to bring in a former Blackburn Rovers midfielder.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, Everton are willing to bid €35m (£31.5m) for Brazilian Malcom, who Marco Silva has made a priority. However, it appears that his current club, Barcelona, are looking to receive €41m (£36.9m) for the former Bordeaux star.
The Toffees are one of two Premier League clubs who are currently in talks with Lille’s Adama Soumaoro according to La Voix du Nord. The report states that Crystal Palace are also in negotiations with the 27-year-old’s representatives, whilst Lazio have made an approach as well.
Leggo is reporting that Everton have been linked with AS Roma’s Steven Nzonzi who measures in at 6 foot 5. The Goodison Park side, along with France’s Marseille, have both shown an interest in the former Sevilla man, but there has been nothing concrete offered so far.
