Everton will have to break club-record to snap up Man City outcast as demands laid out

Manchester City are not willing to let Joe Hart leave on loan and want a whopping £30m+ for the England goalkeeper, despite freezing him out of first-team duty, according to reports from The Sun.

The 29-year-old has been the Citizens’ main stopper through their recent period of success, but new manager Pep Guardiola has seemingly deemed him surplus to requirements.

Indeed, the Spaniard has dropped Hart for BOTH of his opening competitive games in charge of the Etihad Stadium side, and reports have claimed that, should a replacement be signed before the close of the window, he’ll be allowed to move on, which has attracted interest from Everton, who are eyeing a loan move.

However, The Sun have revealed that Man City are only willing to let their senior star move on on a permanent basis, and are demanding at least £30m for his signature.

Such a sum would make Hart the Merseysiders’ most expensive player ever, surpassing the £28m they paid for Romelu Lukaku in 2014.
