ESPN recently tried to predict which manager will be the next to be sacked in England’s top-flight, and their choice wasn’t too surprising.

Craig Burley picked Marco Silva as the manager he thinks will be sacked next, and it’s really hard to disagree with that opinion after the start Everton have had this season.
