Everton fans have taken to Twitter to react after Graeme Souness gave his opinion on Richarlison's goal against Manchester United.

The Brazilian international opened the scoring in the 4-0 rout over the Red Devils with a well-taken overhead kick, which flew past David De Gea into the roof of the net.

Diogo Dalot appeared to move his head towards the ball before pulling out unharmed, which was the only slight instance where you could have possibly argued that the goal should have been disallowed for a high foot.

However, it was more of a 'low head' from the Portuguese full-back, and not many people really questioned the validity of the goal - he was also a few yards away from the former Watford forward's foot anyhow.

Souness, however, an ex-Liverpool player, said that he felt United were 'unlucky' with the decision, claiming that he believes the strike shouldn't have stood due to foul play.
