There is one area of the pitch that Everton could do with some attention.
Manager Marco Silva strengthened the squad with a handful of new signings in the summer, but he opted not to bring in a new striker.
The club’s main striker options have been Cenk Tosun, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Oumar Niasse, but none of them have made a significant impact.
At the moment, winger Richarlison has been given a more advanced role in the team, but long term the Toffees will have to consider signing a new striker.
With the January transfer window edging closer, numerous names have been linked to the Merseyside outfit.
One of the latest is Nantes attacker Emiliano Sala, who according to the Daily Mail is wanted by Everton, as well as West Ham United, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Fulham.

The report claims that Nantes are demanding around £25m for the forward, who has scored 13 goals in 14 matches in all competitions this season.
He is clearly posing more of a threat in Ligue 1 than Everton’s current strikers in the Premier League, so should the Toffees make a move?
