Borussia Dortmund and Schalke 04 are both interested in signing Everton forward Cenk Tosun during this summer’s transfer window, according to Asist Analiz.
Indeed, the Turkish publication has claimed that the Bundesliga duo are both keen on landing the 27-year-old ahead of the 2019-2020 campaign.
The striker impressed in the second half of the 2017-18 campaign, but found it difficult to seriously contribute this season, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison the preferred options at centre-forward.
A record of nine goals in 43 appearances for the Toffees illuminates Tosun’s struggles.
He is a vastly experienced centre-forward, though, having also been capped on 37 occasions by the Turkish national team.
It would certainly not be a surprise if Tosun left Goodison Park this summer.
