The Austrian international has bagged 16 goals in 93 league appearances since moving to the Bet365 Stadium from Werder Bremen three years ago, including eleven goals to finish up as the club’s top scorer in the Premier League last season.
The 27-year-old’s Potters contract is due to expire at the end of next season and is known to include a £12.5million release clause.
Sky Austria reported yesterday evening that the powerful forward was on the verge of completing a move to Goodison Park, with Everton set to activate his release clause after agreeing a four-year contract.
But according to Sky Sports (UK), Arnautovic is fully focused on remaining at Stoke City for the 2016/17 campaign and will reject any transfer approach from the Merseysiders.
Although his deal has now entered its final twelve months, the Potters have offered Arnautovic a four-year contract that he now looks set to sign.
