Everton fans can’t decide on a possible striker upgrade this January, as 48 per cent of fans have voted to sign Bournemouth’s Callum Wilson.
Everton showed exactly what they were made of on the first day of the season, grabbing a point at Wolves despite playing most of the match with ten men.
It’s all gone slightly off the rails since then though, as brilliant summer signing Richarlison got suspended, the Toffees have now lost two league games in a row, and just one goal has come for the three senior strikers.
The lack of goals from the front men is particularly concerning, as Marco Silva’s side actually looked like the better team for large parts of the defeat at the Emirates on Sunday.
Arsenal showed exactly what happens when you have clinical strikers, but just one of Everton’s league goals so far have come from Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Cenk Tosun or Oumar Niasse.
Wilson meanwhile has been in red-hot form for Bournemouth, but fans are split on making a swoop for the 26 year-old.
The Englishman has grabbed two goals and two assists already this season, but he does have a lengthy injury history.
