These Everton fans hope that Ramirez will play a big role this season

Sandro Ramirez signed for Everton from Malaga last year, but he struggled to make a name for himself at Goodison Park.

In just 13 outings for the Merseyside outfit last season, the attack-minded player found the back of the net on just one occasion.

Due to his lacklustre efforts, the 23-year-old was sent on loan to Sevilla in the January window.

During that time, Ramirez once again struggled to make an impact as he started just seven matches and featured in 18 altogether.

The Spaniard failed to strike the back of the net in his homeland, so he will be hoping for a fresh chance under Marco Silva at Everton.

Most of the time when players flop, the majority of fans are keen for their respective clubs to get them off the wage bill.

In this case, Everton supporters are backing Ramirez to come good under Silva.

A number of them made that clear when the Spaniard posted a picture on Twitter of himself boarding a flight to Austria with the rest of the team for a pre-season trip.
