Three reasons Everton must forget Wilshere and target Laurent Koscielny instead
Everton have reportedly already made an offer to sign Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, who fears that he will be forced to quit the club this summer.
The 26-year-old is desperate to stay at the Emirates Stadium when his contract expires at the end of the season, although he isn’t happy with the reduced terms he has been offered and doesn’t believe the club are showing the same commitment that he is.
The Mirror says that the north London outfit are unwilling to back down after offering the England international a deal that will see him take a £20,000-a-week pay cut, and the Toffees are ready to swoop in having already given the player their own offer.
There could be more significant changes during this summer’s transfer window for the Merseyside outfit following a disappointing season, with players that were brought in last summer like Davy Klaassen and Sandro Ramirez failing to make an impression.

Arsenal vice-captain Laurent Koscielny should be a player on their radar, although some would feel it would be an ambitious move to try and bring the France international to Goodison Park.
