It’s that time again when you need to get started planning your Fantasy Premier League team for the upcoming gameweek 37.
There are a few clubs who have a double game week as we will be focusing our differential selections on those matches.
Teams that will play two matches are West Ham United, Manchester United, Norwich City, Watford, Sunderland, Everton, Liverpool, and Chelsea.
Last week we went with the choices of West Ham United’s Andy Carroll,Leicester City’s Leonardo Ulloa, and Arsenal’s Per Mertesacker, with all three players failing to live up to expectations.
Carroll managed to register five points, the best of the lot, courtesy of an assist in the 3-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion.
However, Ulloa only managed two points while Mertesacker, who featured for 50 minutes, only registered a point from the Gunners’ 1-0 win over Norwich City.
Lets see how this week goes as we take a look at three Fantasy Premier League differentials for you to consider ahead of GW 37.
Watford striker Troy Deeney (5.3 and owned by 6.3%) has featured in every match for his side this season and is expected to do the same during the upcoming double gameweek. Anyone who includes him into the squad will surely be hoping he replicates his recent displays which saw him register 13 points this past weekend.
Deeney will have two upcoming away fixtures to play as he first visits Liverpool at Anfield before taking on Norwich City at Carrow Road. With relegation no longer a worry for the Canaries, they are expected to play without any pressure as they look to pick up more points during their final few matches.
Manchester United right-back Antonio Valencia (5.0 and owned by 1.4%) has been in good form since his return from injury, featuring in the club’s last three consecutive league matches. He even managed to register two assists from those fixtures.
In addition to that, United have a very strong defence, with Valencia also managing to help his side keep two clean sheets from their last three games. With two away matches at Norwich City and West Ham United, picking the defender is worth the risk as you could come away with another two clean sheets this weekend.
Everton goalkeeper Joel Robles (4.3 and owned by 1.9%) registered two consecutive clean sheets in his previous double gameweek and could very well do the same this time around. With two away matches against Premier League champions Leicester City and then Sunderland, anything is possible.
Given that he is owned by only 1.9%, two cleansheets can reward you with hefty points if your up for the risk. Some people may still have him from his previous double and keeping him in order to make other transfers would be a smart choice.
