Five Candidates to be Liverpool’s Seventh Major Signing

In life there are many things that move fast… whether it be a bullet train, a Ferrari, the Flash, or Liverpool’s summer transfer business.

The Reds finished a disappointing 7th last season, a significant five places lower than the previous campaign when they only trailed Manchester City in first for the Premier League title.

And Kop boss Brendan Rodgers isn’t messing about, with the club already securing SIX new players before the start of the 2015-2016 season.

James Milner was brought in from Manchester City along with Danny Ings from Burnley, with both purchases being completed via a free transfer.

Adam Bogdan was also brought in on a Bosman, and is set to give first-choice goalkeeper Simon Mignolet some real competition.

Then young defender Joe Gomez was signed, and many thought Liverpool would be less tenacious in the market after four new players.

But nope, the Reds continued their efforts and subsequently also brought in Hoffenheim star Roberto Firmino.

And finally Nathaniel Clyne, who was heavily linked with Manchester United but made the move to Anfield instead.

With six new players already, there is still speculation Liverpool are after even bigger names.

Who could become the seventh? Here are Five Candidates to be Liverpool’s Seventh Major Signing!
