Man United given momentum, Newcastle rocked… Five things we learnt this weekend

Chelsea fought back to draw Tottenham Hotspur last Monday and gift Leicester City the Premier League title, but the Foxes had to wait until this past weekend to actually lift the trophy. And they made a party out of it, beating Everton 3-1 in the last home game of the season.

But despite this, the race for a Champions League spot is still on, with Arsenal and Manchester City’s 2-2 draw gifting Manchester United the chance to knock their noisy neighbours out of the top four if they manage to win their two remaining games.

And down at the bottom, Sunderland have their fate in their hands after staging a comeback to beat Chelsea 3-2 at the Stadium of Light.

However, there have also been some interesting things that happened over the weekend in Spain and in Italy, with one man making his 600th appearances for his club.

Here is Ryan Bailey with the Five Things we Learnt this weekend.
