With Manchester United welcoming Everton to Old Trafford to kickstart our Super Sunday triple-header, it was obviously going to mean that a certain David Moyes was going to be mentioned once or twice!
After a successful tenure on Goodison Park, Moyes was finally given the chance so many felt he deserved at a bigger club, when he replaced the irreplaceable Sir Alex Ferguson at the helm of the Red Devils.
As we all know, Moyes failed to last a season with the red half of Manchester and the Red Devils failed to adjust to life after Fergie. Things were made worse for the Scot with Roberto Martinez, his replacement at Goodison, enjoying a wonderful debut season having moved from Wigan Athletic.
Moyes will no doubt, even somewhat begrudgingly, be keeping a close on proceedings over the 90 minutes, however, I’d warn against jumping on Twitter, David…

LRT: I agree with Cruyff. Moyes just wasn't cut out for the OT hot seat. Unlucky for him.

Comparing the Moyes farce & LVG's era is pointless. One had a settled team of champions, the other is fixing a broken mid-table team #MUFC
