We leave club football behind us for a while and head into international waters. England's U-21 squad is all but ready to step into the European Championship as the Young Lions compete in group C alongside Croatia, France and Romania.

Tammy Abraham was first to respond, showing his love for his teammates. The young forward will, of course, be accompanying Sessegnon in the tournament as one of England's four strikers and is expected to play quite a role in their campaign to glory.

But the 23-year-old wasn't the only one showing affection and support to the Young Lions. Matt Target, Southampton's defender in demand and one of the young Englishmen who's not a part of the squad also wished them the very best of luck.

With two goals and six assists to his name, Sessegnon will look to have a great impact on England's chances in the tournament.
