Louis Van Gaal’s first season as Manchester United boss was always going to be heavily under the spot light, and his dodgy start to life at Old Trafford didn’t exactly help ease the pressure placed on his poor Dutch shoulders.
But after some tactic tinkering, playing players out of position, injuries to important players and a number of dubious performances, it appears Louis Van Gaal’s philosophy might finally be working.
