HYS: Should Adama Traore start against West Ham?

After a stunning Championship season for Middlesbrough that saw him bag five goals and ten assists, there was plenty of buzz around Adama Traore’s arrival at Molineux earlier this summer, but we’re still waiting for his Wolves career to really explode into life.

The Spanish-born winger is yet to make a Premier League start for the Midlands outfit, although he did play the full ninety minutes as they beat Sheffield Wednesday 2-0 in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night.

Perhaps that’s because the 22-year-old can be a risk defensively at times – his mindset is all about bursting forward as frequently as possible, using an incredible dribbling ability to keep opposition defenders on the back foot.

But West Ham represent beatable away opposition for Wolves and their defence has particularly struggled during the opening weeks of the season, resulting in three consecutive defeats.

So, Wolves fans, would you start Traore at the London Stadium, or stick with the wide options that have served Nuno Santo pretty well in the Premier League so far this season? Let us know by voting below…
