HYS: Should Harry Winks start vs Arsenal?

We’ve seen it countless times before in the Premier League – academy products always bring that extra few percent into local derby games, and often end up having a direct impact on the scoreline.

Tottenham Hotspur’s Danny Rose is testament to that; after being acquired from Leeds United and spending a few years in the club’s academy and youth ranks, he marked his Premier League debut with an unforgettable volley against Arsenal in the North London Derby.

The Lilywhites face their bitter rivals once again this weekend and looking around the squad, there’s one obvious source of academy product magic in striker Harry Kane. But should Mauricio Pochettino look to double up by bringing Harry Winks back into his Premier League starting XI?

His last top flight start was back in December but the prodigious playmaker lasted the full ninety minutes against Newport County in midweek and could be ready to go again in a huge match for Tottenham.
