HYS: Should Walker or Danilo start versus Liverpool?

Trying to anticipate Pep Guardiola’s team selections is a fool’s game. The Manchester City manager changes his side for each fixture almost as a point of principle, ever-determined to spring a tactical trap on his opposite number and keep them guessing until kickoff.

However, it is logical to assume the Citizens will utilise either a right-back or a right wing-back, depending on whether the defence is four-man or three-man respectively, when Liverpool come to town on Saturday, giving the City gaffer two options to choose from.

Kyle Walker, who Transfermarkt value at £27million, arrived in a huge transfer deal earlier this summer and started both of City’s first two Premier League fixtures.

But after a controversial sending off, 15-cap Brazil international Danilo stepped in at right-back against Bournemouth last weekend and produced a solid display, eventually providing the assist for Raheem Sterling’s winner.

So, City fans, who would you choose to start on the right defensive flank this Saturday? Let us know by voting below…
