HYS: Which Newcastle goalkeeper should start vs Chelsea?

Newcastle have nothing if not copious depth in their goalkeeping department. Republic of Ireland international Rob Elliot began the season in the first-team, making 16 Premier League appearances, but has recently found himself replaced by 27-year-old Karl Darlow – who has kept two clean sheets from eight top-flight outings this term and started last time out against Manchester City.

Then there’s exciting youngster Freddie Woodman, who is widely revered as one of English football’s most promising shot-stopping prospects. The prodigious goalkeeper – who Transfermarkt value at just £450k – was part of the England U20 squad that won the World Cup last year and has made 42 appearances for the Junior Lions across the youth age groups.

So, Newcastle fans, with this weekend’s FA Cup clash against Chelsea representing a chance for Rafa Benitez to make some changes to his Newcastle squad, which goalkeeper would you start at Stamford Bridge? Let us know by voting below…
