German giants Borussia Dortmund have proved to be a thorn in the side of Manchester City yet again, with The Sun reporting the completion of a deal for another young asset.

What's the story?

Having already landed Jadon Sancho from Manchester City in the summer transfer window, Borussia Dortmund have struck again by landing 20-year-old Denzeil Boadu from their Premier League rivals- giving them another talented young Englishman. They now have his profile on their official website.

Former Arsenal ace Boadu has struggled to establish himself in Manchester City's U23 side and, unlike Sancho, he'll start off with Dortmund's youth side before moving to the senior squad- though he's been handed the number 30 jersey.

Boadu was a highly-rated asset at Manchester City and fought his way back after a previous injury concern led many to suspect he may never walk again. Fortunately, that's not the case but Citizens fans won't see him walking out at the Etihad Stadium following his exit.

How concerned should Manchester City be?

With Boadu's exit seeing Manchester City lose another young English talent, the Citizens should be very concerned about their failure to convince young talents that they'll have a chance in the squad- and their situation is arguably worse than Premier League rivals Chelsea.

Chelsea have also failed to hand opportunities to a number of exciting youngsters but have at least managed to keep them on the books at Stamford Bridge, sending a plethora of talent out on-loan every year and keeping the dream of first-team football with the Blues alive.

Manchester City, meanwhile, haven't been able to do that and Pep Guardiola's abundance of senior talent means that a number of top-class players fail to get minutes every week- and that's before you even consider the youngsters.
