FIFA 17 is almost here. Around this time of the year football fans are left in a state of limbo as their previous year’s video game fix is quickly looking out-of-date as new transfers flood in on a daily basis while progress from youngsters remains unrewarded.
Alas, we won’t have to wait long for a new fix, with FIFA 17 set to hit shelves in just over a month’s time. However, is that too long to wait to get the inside scoop on the game that will be sitting in consoles around the country for the best part of the coming 365 days? Yes, but there have been some interesting screenshots leaked that reveal the ratings for both Manchester United and Liverpool’s new-look squads:
As you can see, Man United’s attacking will be fearsome. Zlatan Ibrahmovic is the headline grabber with a score of 90, but with Wayne Rooney (86), Henrikh Mkhitaryan (87) and Anthony Martial (82) buzzing around him, he won’t be totally relied upon. Oh, Paul Pogba has a lovely looking 87 next to his name, too!

As for Liverpool, it’s not quite as promising, but there’s still plenty to work with. Philippe Coutinho is rocking a rating of 84, while Daniel Sturridge (83) and Roberto Firmino (82) make for a mouth-watering attack. Further back Emre Can has a rather reserved 75, which will come as a blow to Kopites.
