Bailey Peacock-Farrell has had an exciting six months as he has come through the ranks to become Leeds United’s goalkeeper.

The 21-year-old has also progressed on the international stage as he made his full debut for Northern Ireland on Saturday.

Michael O’Neill started the shot-stopper against Bosnia in a Nations League match, and he put in a solid display despite conceding two goals.

Overall, Ireland were unlucky to lose the game 2-1, but plenty of positives could be taken from the performance of O’Neill’s men.

After the final whistle Peacock-Bailey took to Twitter to post his thoughts on the match, and he received plenty of praise from Leeds fans in response.

Leeds have had a positive start to the season as Marcelo Bielsa’s side are currently at the top of the standings following four wins and two draws.

They currently share the same points as second-placed Middlesbrough, who have the same unbeaten record but an inferior goal difference.
