Leicester’s glorious fairytale has waned domestically, so they have decided they will take the continent’s premier competition by storm. With a perfect record in the Champions League so far, Claudio Ranieri’s side are a result away from qualification for the last 16.
A tight game in Copenhagen a fortnight ago ended with the Foxes squeaking a 1-0 win, to leave them five points clear of the Danish club who are sitting in second place in Group G. Leicester are now the team on the road and go into this game after holding Tottenham to a draw at White Hart Lane at the weekend.
Ranieri has previously rotated his squad to make sure that players are fully fit for the Champions League. After naming a full strength side at the weekend, the Italian may end up playing some of his second string in the Danish capital.
Excited for the big game, Leicester fans? Do not fear, the line-ups are with us already…
