Five things we learned from Leicester City v FC Copenhagen

They couldn’t do it could they?

That was the question that greeted every single win Leicester City notched up on their way to famously lifting the Premier League title last season and that is the very question being asked right now after another win in the Champions League.

Whilst their title defence has been nothing short of woeful so far this season the Foxes have been able to put it to the back of their minds when European games come calling and put in some superb performances.

Tonight was no different as they beat FC Copenhagen 1-0 to go top of Group G with a 100% win record so far and they now look good to qualify for the knockout stages, simply outstanding.

There’s plenty to learn from this continuing football madness that the Foxes are offering us, in Europe at least, and so here are the five things we took away from another astonishing night at the King Power Stadium…
