Both Leicester and Chelsea endured a tough start to their 2019/20 Premier League campaigns but with differing results as the two go head-to-head on Sunday.

The Foxes fought out a 0-0 stalemate with Wolves but they could have easily lost the game because of a VAR decision ruling a Leander Dendoncker goal out for handball.

On the other hand, Chelsea were thumped 4-0 by Manchester United at Old Trafford as the Frank Lampard era got underway with a shaky start.

Ahead of the clash between the two sides, Jamie Vardy shared his thoughts on Twitter:

His determined message has sparked reaction from many at the King Power Stadium.

A couple of fans are anticipating their star striker to bag a hat-trick having seen the Blues capitulate against United on Sunday afternoon - one supporter said 'I'd expect a hat-trick from you at the very least.'

Others claimed that Chelsea were awful so provided they do their homework, the side should smash them in front of the world, whilst another fan said Vardy doesn't need to be ready for the match considering how Chelsea look at the moment.

The 32-year-old scored the only goal of the game when Leicester defeated the west London side back in December 2018.

Here's the best of the reaction:
