Crunch time, squeaky bum time, the home stretch… there are many terms for the closing stages of the season, and the last six games look likely to be thrilling as Leicester and Spurs go at it for the Premier League title.
During the weekend just gone the Londoners picked up what many thought may be a decent point at Liverpool, but the Foxes followed their rivals’ Merseyside draw with yet another 1-0 win, this time beating Southampton. The result extended their lead at the top of the table to SEVEN points, and even though Claudio Ranieri’s men were, under the guidance of Nigel Pearson, relegation battlers this time last year, surely they can’t throw this away?
And it seem you lot think so, too. We put the big question out there on Twitter yesterday, and 70% of you came back saying Leicester cannot be caught now.
