Title-chasing Leicester ready to offer massive deals for star duo

Leicester are ready to hand Riyad Mahrez and N’Golo Kante lucrative salaries to reject summer interest and stay at the King Power Stadium, according to reports from the Daily Mail.

The Algerian winger and French midfielder have been two of the key performers in what has been a stunning season for the Foxes and are both in line to play this afternoon as Claudio Ranieri’s men seek a win over Southampton that will move them SEVEN points clear of Spurs at the top of the Premier League table with just six games to play.

Naturally, Mahrez and Kante have been attracting serious interest from English and foreign clubs on the back of their fine performances, but Leicester are ready to hand them both big contracts to convince them to stay and play Champions League football in the blue shirt.

Jamie Vardy recently committed to a £80,000-per-week contract in the East Midlands, and the aforementioned duo could expect wages in a similar vicinity to the Three Lions goalscorer.
