The Algerian international enjoyed a fine 2012/13 season, notching three goals and seven assists in Ligue 1.
His form has alerted a number of big clubs from across Europe, including the likes of Bayer Leverkusen and Rubin Kazan.
But, Spurs and Liverpool are set to rival their interest in the 23-year-old, and launch summer raids for his signature.
Sochaux are aware that they may have to sell their star man in the coming months, with his contract set to expire at the end of the next campaign.
The Premier League duo are keen to take advantage of this, and would likely attempt to steal his services for a rock-bottom fee.
Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas is keen to bolster his attacking options, and sees Boudebouz – who can operate on either flank or just behind the main striker – as a tempting option.
Liverpool may also opt to make their own move, although much depends on their pursuit of other targets.
Boudebouz is a product of Sochaux’s academy, and has gone on to make in excess of 150 first-team appearances for them.
Although born in France, the midfielder elected to pursue an international career with Algeria, for whom he has won 15 caps.
Tottenham and Liverpool fans, would you be happy to see you club sign Ryad Boudebouz?
