The Reds tracked the versatile ace over the summer but opted against making a move, yet Brendan Rodgers is thought to be once again eager.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is also a fan after scouting the 25-year-old during his spell as a youngster at Benfica.
Wass says that, although happy at Evian, he owes it to himself to consider good offers this winter:
“My head is still in Evian but if you offer me a departure in January, I will not say no.” he is quoted by The Express.
“I want to progress and prove my abilities at a higher level.
“But a club has to be interested to meet the requirements that Evian have.”
Wass is comfortable on either flank as a winger or full-back and has also been used by Evian in a central midfield role.
