Tottenham Hotspur target Christian Pulisic has been urged to join Liverpool if he decides to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer, according to ESPN pundit Paul Mariner in The Liverpool Echo.
Pulisic, rated at £40.5m by Transfermarkt, is considered one of the hottest young talents in world football after impressing for both Dortmund and USA.
The 19-year-old broke into the Dortmund first team back in 2016 and has gone on to make 70 appearances in the Bundesliga, scoring nine goals.
However, ESPN pundit Paul Mariner has said that the youngster should remain at Dortmund for the time-being, and Liverpool would be the first choice if he wants to leave.

Both Klopp and Mauricio Pochettino would be great coaches who could bring out the best in Pulisic.
They have a proven track record of working wonders with attacking talents and he would suit their similar counter attacking styles of play.
Liverpool appear to be slightly in the ascendancy thanks to their summer spending and their Champions League performances last season, and considering Tottenham are yet to sign anyone it proves there is a gap between the ambition of the two clubs right now.
He may find game time easier to come by at Spurs as Liverpool’s attacking trio is very much a fixed unit, but he does have a good relationship with Klopp already.
The decision rests in the player’s hands and you can be sure that wherever he ends up, he will become a star.
