Comolli’s shrewd business, Kenny targets £10m January swoop, Stewart Downing not solely to blame – Best of LFC

Kenny Dalglish is unhappy with the FA because the fixture list has left Liverpool playing two important games in 48 hours. In a week where it was suggested the fixture lists might not be completely down to luck, Dalglish said it was unfair for his side to be playing Manchester City in the league on the 27th Novemeber at Chelsea in the Carling Cup two days later. But perhaps the more pressing concern for the Scot is how he will get his side to turn chances into goals.

At FFC this week it’s there has been plenty of blogs to do with life at Anfield including the resurrection of Joe Cole and how Lucas will stack up against Frank Lampard while Daniel Agger slammed his team for their poor performance against Swansea.
