It has been more than half a season since Daniel Sturridge moved from Liverpool to Trabzonspor in the summer of 2019 and the now 30-year-old striker is seemingly enjoying his stay in Turkey.
So far, in a total of 15 games played for his new club, the centre-forward has bagged seven goals and assisted a further four along the way as well.
And just recently, he shared a brilliant music video on Instagram where he can be seen dancing with his beloved dog Lucci, who was at the centre of attention not that long ago when someone stole the little one following a break-in.
But that seems to be far behind them now.
Sturridge also captioned it as #baegoals, referencing how the dog is still his ‘bae’.
The video was very much tongue-in-cheek and featured plenty of the former England international’s best dance moves, including his iconic celebration.
And it attracted a lot of attention from the rest of the footballing world, with old teammates Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Raheem Sterling included.
