It has been more than half a season since Daniel Sturridge moved from Liverpool to Trabzonspor in the summer of 2019 and the now 30-year-old striker is seemingly enjoying his stay in Turkey.

So far, in a total of 15 games played for his new club, the centre-forward has bagged seven goals and assisted a further four along the way as well.

But that seems to be far behind them now.

Sturridge also captioned it as #baegoals, referencing how the dog is still his 'bae'.

The video was very much tongue-in-cheek and featured plenty of the former England international's best dance moves, including his iconic celebration.

And it attracted a lot of attention from the rest of the footballing world, with old teammates Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Raheem Sterling included.
