Danny Ings has been extremely unfortunate when it comes to injury problems since he joined Liverpool from Burnley in 2015.

The 26-year-old has been restricted to just 14 Premier League appearances for the Reds, and only six of those outings have been starts.

Ings has found the back of the net three times in the top flight for Liverpool, but in his career so far, the striker has netted 14 league goals.

Due to the impressive impact of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino, it has made it even harder for Ings to grab a place in Jurgen Klopp's first team.

According to Read Crystal Palace, Liverpool will sell Ings to Crystal Palace for £24m, which includes add-ons.

If true, that will be a pretty penny for the Reds given that the striker has struggled with serious injuries over the past three years.

Plenty of Liverpool fans are supportive of Ings moving on, and others have praised sporting director Michael Edwards for striking the rumoured deal.
