Borussia Dortmund are looking to continue their raid on English football as they keep close tabs on Liverpool ace Bobby Duncan, according to The Mirror.

What's the word?

Encouraged by the impressive displays of Jadon Sancho and Arsenal loanee Reiss Nelson's rise at Hoffenheim, Borussia Dortmund are set to continue their raid on English football as they eye three further additions.

The Mirror names Liverpool talent Bobby Duncan amongst those being targeted by the Bundesliga giants alongside Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi and Manchester City ace Phil Foden, who could all be offered the chance to make a move.

Duncan has impressed behind the scenes at Anfield and trained with Jurgen Klopp's senior squad last week although first-team football will be extremely difficult to secure with the options ahead of him in the pecking order.

Could he leave?

Yet to make his senior debut for Liverpool, the Reds will not be sweating about the 17-year-old's future too much as he only signed a three-year deal in the summer, according to The Liverpool Echowhich ties him down for the coming years.

However, Duncan could decide his opportunities of first-team football could be better in Germany due to the wealth of talent ahead of him in Liverpool's pecking order - with Klopp having Roberto Firmino, Daniel Sturridge and Dominic Solanke ahead of him.

Therefore, it seems unlikely that Duncan will earn too many opportunities immediately but the situation could be similar in Dortmund as the club have seen Barcelona loanee Paco Alcacer excel this season, which has led to the German side exercising their option of securing a permanent deal.
