The Portugal international failed to hit the heights expected at Old Trafford, despite making 230 appearances across all competitions before eventually signing for Fenerbahce last summer.
But having gone on to bag twelve goals across all competitions for the Super Lig outfit, a number of Premier League clubs were reportedly considering bringing the 29-year-old back to the English top flight.
Indeed, Fanatik reported earlier this month that Everton and Liverpool were both targeting the 100-cap international ahead of the summer transfer window, whilst also mooting a shock return to Old Trafford.
But according to AMK Spor, Nani is set to join La Liga outfit Valencia instead. They quote agent Aziz Yildirim as saying; “Nani will play for Valencia next season.”
The former Sporting Lisbon star has enjoyed a strong Euro campaign with Portugal, bagging goals against Iceland and Hungary in the Group Stages.
